Free shipping, available only in Italy, is automatically applied to the shopping cart, reaching the minimum amount indicated of 90 euros.

Gift vouchers are not subject to shipping costs.

• Times

Once your order has been received, the shipping procedure will begin. The order will be shipped within one working day and will be delivered, in Italy, by the courier in 24h / 72h to be calculated from the moment the package leaves our warehouse (weekends and holidays excluded ) . The times outside the national territory are 2-5 days. The costs of customs duties are to be paid by the buyer.

The shipment is made with the best possible courier based on the destination.

• After sales

When the package is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email in which you will find the tracking code and all the information about it.

• Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated, based on weight, during the product purchase phase.
By adding more products, the system will calculate the total weight and apply the rate exact.
The costs will be shown when you arrive in the checkout phase and will be summarized before the purchase confirmation.

All shipments to Italy have fixed rates based on weight (islands and remote areas are included).
