Un liqueur is a spirit drink from sweet flavor, obtained by flavoring of alcohol or other spirit drinks.

Aromatization can be done with essential oils , or obtained through maceration (cold), infusion (hot ) or percolation of alcohol with herbs or aromatic substances.
